President Bush has hardly found the way around his new home in Texas and his former "ALLY " in the Senate lands this rabbit punch.....
Despite steadfastly supporting President Bush’s policies every step of the way, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) revealed today how he really felt about Bush. Interviewed on NBC’s Today Show this morning, McConnell said Bush was a “burden” on the Republican party

Good job Mitch , beautiful job throwing the President under the bus after he has left town. I did not agree with a TON of stuff President Bush did on the domestic front , but as I recall, YOU and Dennis Hastert pretty much rubber stamped everything the White House wanted at the time.
Is it no wonder these Clowns got creamed in 2006 and 2008?
With the vote on the PORKULIS bill coming up in the senate this week, these folks are going to have to earn the trust of the grassroots conservatives again. Throwing your former President into the political shredder after the fact is not a great start
